BODY Breakout #1: Tai Chi

Info: Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. It's hardly as mainstream as aerobics or the treadmill, but with its gentle, fluid movements and proven health benefits, it’s a whole body workout. Although initially developed for combat and self-defense it is also a form of exercise and meditation. It's performed as gentle, low-impact movement in with a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths. In addition to improving balance and regaining movement and fluidity in the joints, it can be meditative. But no, it's not religion.
