Strutercize™ is a choreographed walking class to music !
Class is 45-minute walking that is not in place.
THIS CLASS IS FOR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING, AS WELL AS AN AWESOME WORKOUT TO GET YOUR STEPS IN, CARDIO UP, AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS.
STRUTERCIZE™ is an indoor/outdoor exercise program.
Want higher intensity with STRUTERCIZE™? - Add an extra oomph to your STRUT with 1-2 lb. weights on wrists or ankles.
