Strut with Nat

Strut with Nat, is a confidence building, fun, women’s heels dance class. It is aimed at non dancers, absolute beginners. No prior experience in dance is necessary, just a willingness to grow and feel more confident in yourself.

Natalie will help you explore your inner, feminine side and work on how to feel comfortable in heels, confident and sexy in your own body using movement. You will also learn a simple, short, feel-good routine at the end, using the techniques learned in class. By the end you will empowered!
