Strut.Walk the Adelaide Fashion Week runway before the models do.
Strut. is a 2 hour runway boot camp designed for young people (10 - 13 years old) who want to learn runway techniques and experience what it’s like to walk on a fashion week runway in a show created just for them. Learn from three of the industry’s leading model agents and runway coaches in this unique opportunity, hosted at Bon Vivant, an official Adelaide Fashion Week runway venue.
Strut. Grab your runway-worthy shoes and learn how the models make it look so easy. Your mentors will teach you skills and techniques for the runway then you can ask the questions you’ve always wanted answers to in an “Ask Me Anything” session with your mentors and some real runway models. You will learn a choreographed show to perform on the runway for family and friends at the end of the session.
Please note: parents and friends are not permitted to stay during the session. We want the students to feel comfortable in a learning environment. All mentors have current Working with Children clearances and Police Checks. Family and friends are encouraged to attend the runway finale at the end of the session.

Brigette Mitchell
Brigette has been at the helm of Finesse Models for nearly 30 years. Her experience as one of the world's leading model agents has not only seen her train and place models such as Lily Nova, Akiima and Vaibhavi Lath with the world's top agencies, she has featured in hit TV show, ‘The Model Scouts’, coached models at IMG Paris all while producing hundreds of runway shows within South Australia.
Finesse Models have gone on to walk in London, Paris, NY and Milan fashion weeks for Gucci, Valentino, Schiaparelli, Miu Miu and more. They’ve been featured on the cover of Vogue across the globe, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Marie Claire.
Rebecca Lawrence and Letitia Fitzpatrick
This dynamic duo met on the runways of Adelaide in the early 2000s. Together they walked for brands such as Myer, David Jones, George Gross and Harry Who, before working as runway models overseas for big names including Etro, Galliano, Chanel, Givenchy and Bulgari. The pair returned to Australia and settled into their roles as model bookers and mentors, teaching some of the biggest names in Australian modelling.
Rebecca and Letitia founded their agency, The Models, in 2018. The agency prioritises placing talent at the forefront of their own careers, giving their models a voice, and fostering a culture of empowerment. Talent from The Models have gone on to work in fashion capitals around the world. With a combined 50 years of experience in the modelling industry, this duo understands firsthand what it's like to walk in a model’s stilettos.
