STRUT INTO SERENITY WORKSHOP - SOS Rea with Emily Sollis

It's time to STRUT INTO SERENITY!

SOS Manchester Boss Rea, and Yoga Instructor (and SOS Queen) Emily Sollis are bringing you a collab event NOT to be missed!

This is an exclusive 2-part workshop!

First, Rea will be taking you through a dance workshop where you'll learn how to strut with confidence, and then you will learn a routine to Ariana Grande - Dangerous Woman. This routine is choreographed by A-list SOS Choreographer Kelechi Nwanokwu and will tap into your divine feminine energy!

Then, Emily will be taking you through a gentle yoga flow sequence; guiding the use of movement and breath to feel a deeper connection to yourself and your body. This will end with a relaxing meditation so you leave finishing the weekend feeling refreshed and in total serenity!

This event is suitable for ALL levels of dance and yoga experience including complete beginnners!
