National Mortality Case Record Review Programme Structured Judgement Review Training

Aim:To provide attendees with the knowledge and skills to undertake case record review using the Structured Judgement Review method.

The programme will be a halfday of information exchange and interactive learning.

Programme for the day:

• Introductions and outline of the national programme including discussion on SJR methods.

• Case note review 1 and discussion on findings and approach (Reviewer training).

• Review quality improvement – what does a good review look like?

• Case note review 2.

• Discussion - Governance and support for reviews and reviewers.

• Conclusions.
