Vegan Fairs is turning 9! 🥳 To celebrate, we’re heading right back to where it all started in Stroud for a very special Veganuary birthday bash!
Whether you’re fully plant-based, plant-curious, or simply a fan of sensational local food and artisan goods, the Stroud Vegan Fair is packed with reasons to drop by. We’ve lined up the region’s finest independent makers, artisan bakers, and street-food legends to serve up an irresistible array of delicious eats, ethical products, and unique handcrafted items.

🍔 Sensational Food & Drink: Warm up with hot, freshly prepared global street food, savory gourmet bites, specialty drinks, and mouthwatering sweet treats & bakes to take home!
🛍️ Ethical Shopping & Artisan Goods: Discover zero-waste lifestyle swaps, cruelty-free cosmetics & skincare, sustainable clothing, and beautiful handcrafted artisan items.
🎨 Drop-In Workshops & Crafts: Bring the whole crew along! We’ll have fun, hands-on drop-in workshops and creative craft activities running throughout the day for both kids and adults alike.
🎂 Birthday Vibes & Community: Celebrate 9 years of Vegan Fairs with us, ask questions, get plant-based tips, and enjoy a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere!

Dogs Allowed: Yes (Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome!)

(Please note: You do not need a ticket or pre-registration to attend—you can simply turn up on the day! However, registering helps us gauge numbers so our amazing street food traders can bring plenty of delicious food for everyone!)

HOW TO GET THERE
By Train: The closest station is Stroud Train Station, which is just a 2-minute walk from the venue.
By Bus: Bus stops are located less than a 1-minute walk away on Rowcroft (near Lloyds Bank) and Russell Street (outside Peacocks).
By Car: Nearby car parks include Cheapside (behind the train station—cross the footbridge for a 3-minute walk), Brunel Mall, and Parliament Street. For accessible parking, there are dedicated spaces to the rear of the venue in Bedford Street Car Park.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Sub Rooms is fully accessible, featuring flat floor access throughout the ground floor and a lift to access the Ballroom. Accessible toilets are available on-site.

We do everything we can to make our events as sustainable as possible—from using eco-friendly paper and inks for marketing to banning single-use plastic bags and cutlery. Help us keep Stroud green with these 5 simple tips:

2. Pack a reusable cup & cutlery set for on-the-go food and hot drinks.
3. Bring Tupperware or containers to load up on cakes, treats, and takeaway meals!
4. Travel green: Walk, cycle, use public transport, or carpool with friends.
5. Offset your journey: If you drive, consider offsetting your emissions by planting a tree in our Trees for Life grove!
