Our Strong(wo)man Open Day is FREE to attend from 10am to 2pm at Wirral Strength and FitnessIf you fancy trying out events you see at World's Strongest Man, come on down and see what it's like. No pressure. Just join in with what you feel like and if you fancy signing up we'd love to have you as a member.
Even complete beginners... we teach everything. No catches. Just genuine support and positive vibes.
We're at Unit 21, Uveco Business Centre, Dock Rd, Birkenhead, CH41 1FD.
Our gym is £30 per month and includes basic coaching and assistance with a training plan. You get a code and it's 24hr. Train when you want!
