StrongSuits is a powerful strengths-based approach designed to improve individual and team performance. StrongSuits uses playing cards and games to help teams have fun and feel energised whilst generating high-impact conversations about how people behave and how they can develop.

During the two days you will learn to use interactive games to facilitate discovering team and individual strengths, help teams play to their strengths, and improve communication within teams.

This two day training covers everything you need to start delivering the StrongSuits strengths based development approach. The training is designed to suit different learning styles including a mixture of practical sessions, feedback, facilitated practice and reflection time.

• How to unlock the power of StrongSuits to make an immediate impact in your organisation or with your clients.
• Simple, powerful and practical exercises to help others explore and appreciate how teams work and the importance of understanding different communication styles.
• The psychological insights behind how you can improve team working and increase team performance.
• Essential skills and techniques to use when facilitating the exercises with teams and when coaching one to one.

On Day 1 you will experience the Team Insights™ workshop as a participant in the group. You will learn how to improve awareness of your strengths and those of the group. You'll gain an understanding of the group's communication styles and an appreciation of the group's diversity. You have the option to attend only Day 1 of the course. By attending and participating in Day 1 of the course you will obtain the StrongSuits Practitioner certification.

On Day 2 we will deep-dive into facilitation techniques for each module of the course and you will gain hands-on practice by facilitating modules yourself and exchanging feedback with each other. By attending and participating in Day 2 of the course you will obtain the StrongSuits Facilitator certification. On obtaining the StrongSuits Facilitator certification you have the further option to apply for our StrongSuits Trainer License with access to our exclusive trainer community, further materials, and the opportunity to organise your own StrongSuits trainings and events.

• 2 decks of the StrongSuits Team Insights pack
• Workshop materials in both physical and digital formats
• StrongSuits Playbook and Facilitator Manual

Is certification included in the cost?

Yes. All participants who attend and participate in day 1 will receive the StrongSuits Practitioner certification. All participants who attend and participate in both days will receive the StrongSuits Facilitator certification.

Is lunch included?

Yes, lunch is included, with a variety of options offered.
