StrongSuits® Foundation Workshop & Practitioner Training (London, Mar 2027)
About this Event
What is StrongSuits?
StrongSuits is a powerful team and personal development system which uses playing cards and maps to generate high-impact conversations about how people behave and how they can develop.
StrongSuits brings together four powerful insights from psychology and organisational development:
- People thrive at work when they play to their strengths
- Diverse, even opposite, strengths can complement one another and make teams stronger
- People prefer to work and interact in different ways
- Every strength can become a limitation when overplayed
The StrongSuits® Foundation Workshop
The StrongSuits Foundation Workshop is an engaging, hands-on, one-day experience designed to unlock individual and collective potential. Whether you’re joining as an individual or participating with your team, you’ll discover how to play to your strengths, appreciate the unique contributions of others and transform limitations into opportunities for personal and team breakthroughs.
Through a progressive journey of discovery, you’ll explore your natural strengths, preferred working styles, unique contributions and potential blind spots. You’ll discover how strengths can become overplayed, how different and even opposing strengths can complement one another, and how greater awareness of ourselves and others can transform the way we communicate, collaborate and work together.
For individuals, the workshop offers fresh insights into how you think, behave and interact with others, helping you recognise your strengths, understand your limitations and identify opportunities for personal and professional growth.
For intact teams, it creates a shared language for understanding and appreciating differences, uncovering collective strengths, navigating tensions and improving collaboration. By exploring how individual contributions combine to shape the team as a whole, participants can develop greater mutual understanding, more constructive feedback and new ways of working together more effectively.
Combining thought-provoking StrongSuits® exercises, meaningful conversations and practical reflection in an engaging, supportive environment, the workshop creates opportunities for insights that can lead to lasting changes in how people relate, contribute and perform.
After completing the Foundation Workshop, you’ll also have the opportunity to progress to the StrongSuits Practitioner Training, where you’ll learn to facilitate StrongSuits with individuals, groups and teams.
