Hands on coaching in a small group setting. Learn how to clean an axle bar, load an atlas stone, clean & press a Log, and deadlift a barbellAbout this Event
This is hands-on so bring any necessary clothing/equipment that you normally train with. I will teach the continental clean and the zombie clean, we will pick & load atlas stones, clean & press logs, and learn how to deadlift with a barbell. We will spend roughly 45 mins on each of the events, bring snacks and water.
