Stronger Together: Women-Led Strength, Mobility & Self Defense Workshop

Stronger Together is a women-led workshop designed to help you move, learn, and connect in a welcoming space.

Hosted by Tequihua Self Defense and 5W Gym, this two-hour session brings together three expert coaches to guide you through strength, mobility, and self-defense. Whether you’re completely new to self-defense/fitness, or already active, every session is adaptable to your level.

• Yuuka Ikeshita , Fitness & Lifestyle Coach

Together, they’ll guide you through hands-on, empowering, and practical sessions that support both your physical health and personal safety.

We’ll also have local vendors on-site, including Healthy Donuts Co and cold-pressed immunity shots available for purchase, so you can refuel and connect after the workshop. We will also have other healthy snacks and fruit water at no extra cost!
