We are honored to invite you to our free community class, Stronger Together, designed specifically for breast cancer survivors and patients. Join us as we come together to support one another, connect with others on a similar healing journey, and find strength and comfort through gentle yoga poses, mindfulness practices, and guided meditation.
Our expert instructors will guide you through this special 60-minute class, aimed at helping you release stress, tension, and negative energy, and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It's time to prioritize your own well-being and find the peace and balance you deserve.
Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing. No yoga experience necessary. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
