Two experiences — one meaningful mornging:

🧠 Longevity Movement Assessments (Registration Required – $65)

Guided by licensed physical therapists, you’ll rotate through evidence-based screenings that measure:

- Grip strength

- Sit-to-stand ability

- Single-leg balance

- Foundational movement patterns

- Age-based benchmarks

🛍️ Community Wellness Fair

Open to everyone (no registration needed!)

Explore 20+ local wellness businesses, including massage therapists, physical therapists, personal trainers, nutritionists, life coaches, and more.

Plus: DEXA scans, metabolic age testing, blood pressure screenings, and other on-site wellness opportunities.
