Join us for an engaging, skills-based workshop designed to strengthen connection, improve communication, and build lasting relationship resilience. Throughout the day, couples will learn key elements of the Sound Relationship House Theory and explore ways to deepen emotional connection through Love Maps, Fondness & Admiration, and Turning Toward behaviors. Participants will also gain tools to recognize and manage common conflict patterns using proven strategies, understand the difference between solvable and perpetual problems, and practice communication techniques that reduce emotional reactivity while increasing understanding. The workshop also highlights practical strategies to support shared meaning and strengthen your relationship long-term.
