This year we’re lifting, competiting and running for Delia Montes. Delia is recovering after a severe heat stroke and being life-watched to Wesley Hospital. All proceeds from this event will go to support her and her family.
Competitions (do one $30, two $50, or all three $65):
Bench Press (Male & Female) – Top 3 win prizes | Minimum age 16
Teams of 2 Functional Strength Comp – Farmer Carries, Tank Push, Sandbag Toss | Top 3 Male/Male & Female/Female teams win prizes | Minimum age 16
5K Run – Top 3 Male & Female win prizes | Minimum age 12
