Come join us for a Men's Heart Health Expo! The Expo is a comprehensive, one-day event combining medical expertise with practical, lifestyle-focused strategies. This engaging expo designed FOR men will include:

• Education and Awareness: Engaging talks from leading cardiologists on high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes—focusing on risk factors and presentation specific to Black men.
• Immediate Health Screenings: Free, on-site checks for vital health indicators, including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar, providing participants with instant data about their health status.
• Nutrition and Cooking Demonstration: A practical session focusing on heart-healthy soul food swaps, such as seasoning with herbs instead of excessive salt.
• "Barbershop-Style" Conversation: A safe space to openly address critical issues like mental health, stress management, systemic racism's impact on health, and the stigma around seeking help.

Families are welcome but the event is FOR men ages 18+! Women, let's get together and bring the men out to this event!
