Strong Hands, Strong Writers: A Playdate with TamboRhythms

Living through the pandemic has taken a toll on families. This summer, let's go play outside, get reconnected, learn new skills, and start building good habits.

We want to meet you!!! Come and join the staff of San Antonio Charter Moms for a day of play. Pack a lunch, bring the kids, and meet us at a splash pad for an opportunity to socialize. Each event will have a unique twist and is free and open to the public.

• Talk with a local expert on a parenting subject and engage in Q&A. At our July 14, 2022 event, our guest will be Jorge Ochoa, a school-based occupational therapist and founder of TamboRhythms, explores fun ways to help kids use their fingers and build prewriting skills.
• Get tips for a successful school search from Inga Cotton and Lora Idol of San Antonio Charter Moms.
• Come-and-go activities to practice what we are learning and keep kids busy.
