StrongBodies: Build Strength, Balance & Confidence
Feel stronger, move better, and stay active! StrongBodies is a fun, supportive, and research-backed program designed to help adults improve strength, balance, and flexibility — all key to preventing injuries and staying independent. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to challenge yourself, this 12-week program will help you feel healthier, more capable, and ready for life’s adventures.
Program Details:
- Dates: August 3rd - October 21st
- Days: Mondays & Wednesday
- Time: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (we will start promptly at 8AM)
- Location: Carbon County Senior Citizens Center
- Ages: Adults 18+
- Registration Deadline: Augusth 6th
What You’ll Get:
12 weeks of:
- Progressive resistance training
- Balance exercises
- Flexibility work
- All equipment provided (dumbbells, ankle weights, floor mat) — or bring your own
- A program tailored for all abilities — progress at your own pace with encouragement every step of the way
- Tracking sheet to celebrate your progress
