The Stroke Survivors Support Group, a joint offering from Saint Francis Health System and Tulsa Rehab Hospital, provides a supportive environment for stroke survivors. Join us on the third Thursday of every month from 3-4 p.m. at Tulsa Rehab Hospital to connect with other stroke survivors.This Stroke Survivors Support Group welcomes all stroke survivors, their family and caregivers and especially those current and former patients of Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital and the Rehabilitation Units at the Saint Francis Hospitals in Tulsa and and Muskogee.
