The Stroke Support Network provides an opportunity for stroke survivors, care partners and families to connect and share stories, provide support, and discuss topics related to stroke recovery.
Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month on the second floor of the Medical Office Building located at 4810 S Croatan Hwy, Nags Head. Meetings are held in person and via Zoom.
