This special class blends 60 minutes of Restorative, feel-good yoga and deep rest with 30 minutes of guided meditation—all set to live cello by Dave Eggar (9-time Grammy nominee). Expect gentle nourishing movement, deep rest, and an immersive soundscape that supports every breath.

Info: Following the 60-minute restorative class, Christiane will lead a 30-minute gratitude meditation—set to Dave’s live cello—offering you the opportunity to ground into stillness, reflect inward, and cultivate a deep sense of gratitude. This gentle, immersive experience is designed to calm the mind, release tension, and open the heart. As you settle into stillness, the music will surround and support you—creating space for reflection, presence, and heartfelt appreciation for the moment and all it holds.
