Striking & Takedown Seminar on December 14

Join All1MMA for a striking and take down seminar on Sunday, December 14th. Unleash your potential with a dynamic session exploring fundamental striking combos tailored for Muay Thai, Sanda, boxing and MMA.

The seminar will go over punching, kicking, blocking techniques, and optional takedowns. Gear up with 16oz gloves, shin guards, a mouthpiece, and headgear to make the most of the experience. Must have a partner and must bring your own equipment. No experience necessary.

• Location: All 1 MMA - 98 Business Street, Unit 2A Boston, MA 02136 (located on the 2nd floor)
• Cost: One $55 ticket covers two people. Can also be paid cash or via Venmo at time of event.
