This is date night, friend night, and Friday night reimagined.

Join us inside the Strigo Roastery for an intimate, hands-on coffee roasting experience where you'll go behind the scenes and become part of the process. Roast real coffee, create your own custom label, package your freshly roasted beans, and discover what it takes to transform a green coffee bean into an incredible cup of coffee.

This isn't a lecture and it's not a demonstration. You'll be actively involved throughout the evening in a relaxed, social atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, taste coffee, and experience the craft of roasting firsthand.

$120 per couple or $65 per person

Before the experience, upgrade your evening with our **Full Night Experience** by adding a dinner package at our neighbors, 314 Beer Garden. The dinner package is purchased separately through 314 Beer Garden. More information coming soon.

And when the roasting wraps up at 9:00 PM, the night doesn't have to end. Walk next door and enjoy live music from **Plastercade**, playing at 314 Beer Garden until 10:30 PM.
