Stretching and Sound Healing is a dance fitness class designed to help increase your flexibility and range of motion for any style of dance you are interested in. Dancers, Cheerleaders, Gymnasts or anyone who wants to join to gain more flexibility, range of motion or just FEEL BETTER is welcome to JOIN! The class is created for YOU! YOGA MATS REQUIRED- if you do not own one, you can rent one from our studio for $1.00.What is sound healing?
*Reduces inflammation in the body, decreases migraines and helps with pain management.
*Regulates the nervous system.
*Activates bilateral brain stimulation and mimics EMDR techniques to release trauma stored in the body.
*Quiets rapid and disorganized thought patterns.
*Provides clarity, answers, and insight to your deep most inner world.
Ages 12+ Sundays at 3pm
Dance Fitness package approved or drop in for $20.00. Dance Fitness Packages allow you to mix and match with other dance fitness classes. 4 classes for $45, 10 classes for $85 or unlimited for 4 weeks for $155. (4-week expiration- please notify us if you are sick, there is a death in the family or if you have a conflict/vacation. We will extend your package accordingly.)
