Learn the contract and relax techniques of PNF stretching plus other solo and partner assisted techniques to release fascia, tight muscles and unlock your joints so you can move with ease. This system is so powerful and effective, you only need to practice once or twice a week to get great results.During this 7 week program, we will focus on releasing your hamstrings, hips, back and shoulders to improve posture and increase range of motion.
