Improve range of motion, mobility and athletic performance plus feel better in the process. During this 6 week program, learn how to relax and release tight muscles with PNF Stretching. These clinically proven techniques are so powerful and effective, you only need to practice once or twice a week for amazing results.
This program is located at Britannia Community Centre in the Canucks Family Education Centre (next to the park, above the day care) and advanced registration is required by the City of Vancouver.
If available, drop-ins are $40 plus tax when you arrive 15 minutes to the pool.
Classes are instructed by Rob Cole, owner of Stretch Therapy Vancouver.
