Stretch + Sound Healing Thanksgiving Morning

Join us for the beginning of the Holiday weekend for a morning to connect to your body, breathe, move and then deeply rest and restore with Sound Healing.

Finding our center during the Holiday's is vital as it can be a time of stress and challenge for so many. This class will be accessible for all- contact me with questions.

What to Expect:

☾ Beginners Yoga Stretch

☾ High Frequency Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration.

☾ Deep rest and Nervous system Reset in peaceful safe place.

☾ All are welcome.

☾ Wear comfortable workout clothes.

☾ Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, pen and two cozy blankets. Bring anything that will support you to be as comfortable as possible! (some extras provided)

Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state.
