Join us for a blissful Yin Yoga experience designed exclusively for mums. Whether you're craving a moment of stillness or simply need a space to stretch, sip, and recharge, this is your perfect escape from the mayhem.


✨ What to Expect:


A calming Yin Yoga practice to release aches, pains, stiffness and tension and nurture your body.


Guided breathwork to quiet the mind and soothe the soul.


Followed by a Yoga dyad session guiding you through a transformative interactive practice that involves partnering with another participant to explore mindfulness, mutual support and authentic connection.


A cosy tea session where you can connect, chat, and unwind with other amazing mums.


No yoga experience? No problem! This event is all about slowing down, finding your flow, and enjoying a well-deserved break.

Details about the style of yoga:


This is a Restorative / Yin yoga class that is designed to move slowly as a means to calm the mind and nervous system giving members the opportunity to turn inward and focus on the breath and relaxation.


Our monthly Sunday afternoon session offers mums a delightful combination of yin yoga, meditation and restorative yoga practice aimed at inviting stillness, silence, and deep peace. These areas are especially rich in fascia, our connective tissue. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.


A Yin/ Restore class is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasise internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.


A yoga dyad is a partner-based yoga practice that focuses on connection, support, and mutual presence. It involves mindful connection exercises (eye contact and verbal reflection).


It’s a great way to build trust, deepen relationships, and enhance relaxation while feeling supported—perfect for a mum’s wellness event!


These sessions are tailored to encourage space and opening with as much support as required with emphasis on nurturing you from the inside out, and are suitable for all abilities, with the use of props, such as bolsters and yoga blocks and with modifications and options.
