Whiskey Rapids has a beautiful upstairs space, and they are going to let us use it for yoga!-
No experience needed, all levels are welcome. This will be a gentle flow class, giving you time in each pose to breathe and find your edge. After class, enjoy snacks and a cocktail and maybe make some new friends.

$15 for class to be paid the day of in cash or through Venmo.
Class begins at 6p and the social begins at 7p.
