Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning of gentle yoga! Stretch into Serenity: A Morning of Yoga and Community is a FREE Parkinson's wellness event created by the Trailblazers of Bloomington, Indiana. The morning has been created for those living with Parkinson's, as well as their support partners. We are offering two levels of mobility: sitting in a chair or lying on a mat for mobility-friendly yoga. No experience needed! Light snacks and drinks will be available. You will have a beautiful space to connect with others in the Parkinson's community with a welcoming and all-inclusive environment.
