Stretch into Self-Compassion: A Free Mat & Chair Yoga Experience

Join Yoga 4 Change and FCWWC for a FREE 60-minute chair and mat yoga class featuring gentle, accessible movement, calming breathwork, and simple mindfulness practices, with a special focus on self-compassion.

Mats will be available to borrow, though participants who own a mat are encouraged to bring their own.

**Please sign up in advance so we know how many to expect and can reserve a mat if needed. All levels are encouraged and welcome!

This event will be held on the third floor of MD Anderson, in the Setzer Conference Rooms (A, B, and C are all reserved). Participants can park in the parking garage that is attached to the building.
