Stretch your muscles and clear your mind at stretch and toning, sponsored by Fowler Automotive. If you are seeking to increase your range of motion and flexibility, reduce joint and muscle pain, increase your posture, or reduce stress, this class is for you! The class is taught by a licensed YMCA fitness instructor. Stretch and Toning is open to all ages and athletic abilities. Parents are encouraged to consider their child’s ability to safely participate in the fitness class.
The class is two 30-minute sets, beginning at 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.
In addition, every Wednesday, we will have flexologists from StretchLab sharing information, and offering discounts on MAPS sessions and FREE 15-minute demo stretches.
