Join us for a fun and relaxing in-person Stretch & Mobility Workshop! Whether you’re new to stretching or a seasoned pro, this session is all about improving your body awareness, boosting your range of motion, and feeling great in your body.

Dr. Drea is a physical therapist, mobility trainer, and work-life balance coach. She has led a variety of stretch & mobility workshops and customizes them to the needs of the community.

This workshop will be focused on lower body, shoulders, and neck to support the Muay Thai gym members and support injury prevention for all.
