This class is an all-inclusive haven, embracing all levels of practice with a mission to nurture your journey towards improved flexibility, newfound strength, and a profound sense of mindfulness. We’ll breathe, flow, and grow together with grace, authenticity, and the undeniable power that resides within us. Lifeway Kefir will be popping up every Friday at Stretch and the City sampling their probiotic and protein packed Lifeway Kefir.
About the Instructor
With her love for the arts, Therlande (she/her) fuses her experiences from her music background and management styles Into crafting a unique fun, and effective yoga experience. In her sessions, she loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and drop gems of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Therlande seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing your body, mind, and soul through yoga.
