Meet me by the sea on the last Sunday of the month ✨
Overlooking the water, we will soften and slow our breath as we move through gentle stretches. Settling the body, quietening the mind and centring the spirit. After an hour of intentional movement you will be guided through a meditation and soothed to the sound of crystal bowls.
Stretch and sound will be held at the Hunstanton sailing club, 10am-11:30am on the last Sunday of the month. Price: £20
