Stretch & Balance for Seniors (6-Week Course)
Improve your balance, flexibility, strength, mobility, and posture through gentle, safe exercises designed for seniors. This course also helps reduce fall risk and supports confident movement in daily life.
Participants will learn both static balance (standing or sitting still) and dynamic balance (moving safely), with options to exercise sitting or standing based on individual needs.
👨⚕️ Instructor: Khun Thanase Chatchawanchaisup, Licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in senior rehabilitation and fall prevention programs in Chiang Mai.
📅 Saturdays: 4, 11, 18, 25 July & 1, 8 August 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
💰 Cost: 1,700 THB (6 sessions)
👥 Group size: 10–20 participants
