The Stress symposium is all about addressing the effects of Neurological stress. Neurological stress stored in the body represents the physical and emotional tension that arises from the body's response to stress. This stress can become chronic and manifest in a variety of ways, including muscle tension, digestive issues, and pain. Addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of stress through body awareness, movement, and mindfulness techniques can help reduce and release the stored stress, promoting overall well-being
