Welcome to the Stress Management Workshop for Korean Americans!

Join us for an informative workshop where we’ll explore unique ways to ease stress and bring more peace into your life. In a friendly and supportive environment, we’ll share gentle techniques to help you feel more relaxed and in control.

This workshop is open to Korean-speaking Angelenos who want to feel more peaceful and better manage stress.
