Army Community Service hosts a Stress Management Class every second Tuesday of the month from 1-2 p.m. The class meets at ACS -- Building 7790 in Hainerberg Housing.Here are the upcoming topics:

The class is also available to DoD cardholders and units upon request -- online and in person.
