Stress Less, Connect More: Men's Communication Masterclass
About this Event
In every area of life—at home, at work, in our relationships—the way we communicate shapes everything. While speaking up can sometimes feel like a minefield, building your communication skills is the most powerful tool you have. This practical, focused workshop is specifically designed to help men cut through the noise, build genuine confidence, and master the art of effective speaking and listening.
Led by Linda Street and Warren Catherine, this effective and practical 2-hour session equips you with a real-world communication toolkit in a constructive, pressure-free environment.
What you will gain
- Speak with clarity: Learn how to express your thoughts, feelings, and needs clearly and constructively, in both personal relationships and the workplace.
- Navigate tough conversations: Gain practical strategies to handle difficult or tense discussions with calm, control, and resilience.
- Listen to connect: Develop stronger active listening skills to truly understand where others are coming from, defusing tension before it starts.
Whether you want to command more respect at work, improve your closest relationships, or simply feel more secure in how you connect with others, these skills are fundamental. Step into a supportive space and walk away with the tools to communicate with confidence.
