Strengthen The Strong Summit

Since 2021, we’ve brought together leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers who believe relationships come before business. What started as monthly luncheons in Saint Paul has grown into one of the Twin Cities’ most vibrant communities — a place where trust, collaboration, and real connection fuel growth.

The Strengthen the Strong Summit is a 3-day experience blending professional growth with community, culture, and play.

Across Saint Paul and Minneapolis, you’ll engage with the city’s most dynamic leaders, visionaries, and innovators through three guiding themes:

• Lead – Grow your leadership and expand your influence.
• Legacy – Explore how to build impact that lasts.
• Learn – Gain tools, insight, and wisdom for both life and business.

And true to the STS spirit — it won’t just be sessions. Expect authentic conversations, shared meals, social events, and celebrations that bring people together in unforgettable ways.

Note: The Saturday closing celebration will be a separate ticketed event in partnership with a major Twin Cities social organization. Summit attendees will receive a special STS discount to join this unforgettable evening.

  Closing celebration + party (separate ticket).
