An 8 week series (1 class per week) focused on whole-body strength and core training for women of all levels that are looking for community and guidance in returning and beginning their wellness journey. The class will offer modifications and well as higher level progressions depending on the individual's skill level. *Appropriate for those over 1 year postpartum with no end range age limit!
Class Dates: 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3
