We are excited to be offering Strength Training classes, also known as our Chair Exercise classes, this fall at Bullington Gardens.
Join us for free weekly exercise classes that focus on building strength, improving balance and mobility. Exercises are adaptable for multiple levels and abilities-all classes can be done seated or standing. Limited hand weights will be available. Feel free to bring your own. No registration required.
