Testing day at @buldreterminalen - 2 arms pull/1 arm pull on jug
- RDF (contact strength/DSI dynamic strength index) 2arms/1arm on jug
- Half crimp Iso over head 20mm ish (one or 2hands)
- RDF half crimp 20mm ish
- Finger curl 20mm ish
The test will take 10/15minutes. The testing method is safe for injury but remember to warm up properly before the test!!!
