Gather your girlie pops and join us for Strength Saturdays on the deck at with , owner of !! Sonja’s passion for movement, mobility, agility, and strength training is contagious and we’re bringing it to R&T!
This first series will run every other Saturday, starting on March 8 (is it a coincidence that it’s starting on International Women’s Day?! Nope, not a bit.) Join us for this series and love feeling stronger and healthier again! No experience required, no fitness level required. We’ll be training on the all-season deck together and then hanging with new gworlfriends for brunch afterward!
This is a strength training class intended for all experience levels and bodies, and is much about community and friendship as strength. Workout with Sonja for most of the hour and then hang out with the gworls (get your friend to join you -- this is as much about building community and friendships as it is working out!) afterward for brunch and watching women's sports!
Series Dates: March 8, March 22, April 5, April 19.
Class Size: Class is limited to 20 so register now as we anticipate being full quickly! Link in bio. Registration is $10 per class (register again each week, or for the full 8 weeks) and the full $10 goes toward your post-workout brunch treat!
Class Tickets: You can purchase a single class ticket or for the full series. It's possible we'll fill up with folks attending all four weeks and that single-class tickets won't be available, or that folks will sign up each week. We're letting you drive that train!
Registration Credit for Brunch! If you purchase a single ticket, it's good for the next upcoming class only. If you purchased all four sessions, it starts March 8 and will run every two Saturdays thereafter for three more sessions (total of four sessions over eight weeks). The class fee is creditable entirely to your brunch order afterwards (up to $10 per class.)
Class Location & Timing: This is a strength training class intended for all experience levels and bodies. Workout with Sonja for most of the hour and then hang out with the gworls. Classes will be held out on our all-season deck with heated floors! As soon as the weather switches gears, we'll roll open the glass doors and windows for a fresh air experience! Doors open at 10am on Saturdays, but feel free to arrive as early as 9:45 to get checked in and score your spot. You'll have priority seating on the deck for brunch afterward!
What to bring and wear: Wear whatever workout attire you prefer. Bring a water bottle, hand towel, and yoga mat if you have one (not required) and we'll take care of the rest. Sorry, we're not a gym so no showers afterward but this isn't a big sweatfest :)
