Ready to feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in everything you do? Join us for Strength Lab, a women-specific strength building class, led by Tabitha Colie. Strength Lab is a progressive, fun, safe, and accessible strength training class for women at every fitness level. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to maintain your active lifestyle, this program will help you build the strength and balance you need to enjoy life to the fullest. Each 55-minute class combines energizing warm-ups, focused strength + mobility training, and relaxing stretches.No experience necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome! Tabitha provides modification options for every exercise, ensuring you can work at your own pace while still being appropriately challenged. You'll use simple equipment like dumbbells and kettlebells to build functional strength for real-life activities. Weights will be provided, but you will need to bring your own yoga mat.
Classes meet twice per week for 6 weeks, and the results speak for themselves! Join for the whole series, or drop in on days that work for your schedule. Strength training can help improve balance, increase energy, promote better sleep, reduce joint pain, and give you newfound confidence in your physical abilities. It's an investment in your independence, health, and quality of life now and into the future.
