Cooldown & Community
Finish with guided stretching, questions and answers, and an opportunity to connect with Freya and other participants.
Why We Keep It Small
Unlike large fitness classes, Strength Fundamentals is intentionally limited to 20 participants.
This allows Freya to:
• Demonstrate each movement clearly
• Provide individualized coaching and technique feedback
• Adapt exercises to different experience levels
• Answer questions throughout the session
• Create a welcoming and supportive learning environment
At Larch House, we believe quality coaching begins with personal attention.
What to Expect

Our focus is on learning proper movement, building confidence, and developing skills you can continue using long after the workshop.
We’ll provide all training equipment, including lightweight dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. The emphasis is on learning excellent technique—not lifting heavy weights.
What to Bring
• Comfortable athletic clothing
• Supportive athletic shoes
• Water bottle
We’ll take care of the rest.
