Strength for Fly Fishing--Women's WorkshopLadies, this is your chance to get stronger for the sport you love--so you can cast farther, spend longer days on the water and have fewer aches at the end of the trip.
Join Erin LaHonta, DPT, a physical therapist and fellow fly fishing enthusiast, for a women-only hands-on workshop. We'll cover:
Power and endurance for long casting days
Core & lower body stability to keep you steady on uneven terrain
Mobility drills to keep your joints happy and injury free
Education on how targeted strength work makes fishing more fun
Then, we'll trade the dumbbells for drinks and waders for wine at a post-workshop happy hour social. Swap fishing stories, meet other women who love the sport, get some free health advice from Erin, and maybe even plan your next trip together.
