Join us for a community class at our flagship store location with V1 Leader and JAB trainer, Nickol Flood. Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a seasoned athlete, this class is suitable for all.
The session is free to attend, but you must register via Eventbrite in order to take part. Mats will be provided for the class so all you'll need is some water to keep you hydrated.
